Welcome to your Skills Page everyone! This is the Water Specialty page set up by your very own Research and Development Team. If you are looking for a different element then you are on the wrong page or maybe the wrong section if it has no Affiliation with Water. Here you send your Donations to skills that are Water related or require Water to use. Donating your currency helps not only develop the new skill but gives you bonuses as well like special Badges and such. You can even gain other privileges such as quotes or a special character design to be featured under the element. As the forum evolves so will the skills. More will be added and even more powerful skills will become available. So play often and spend when you can.
This area has a special mode called Challenge mode. This is where an already developed skill can be challenged by all of you to see if a new skill can be created or it can become more powerful. For a Challenge to occur most of a Tier must be unlocked. You can not have more than 3 unknown skills in a tier to call a challenge. When you call a Challenge you must list the tier and the skill that you wish to challenge. A Voting System will be set in place and an announcement will be made. You have one month to reach the donation goal and the votes to be cast. On the date of the following month if all requirements are met you gain a Challenge Badge and the new skill is placed on a feature with your chosen character during the next announcement cycles. If you can not succeed with donations and votes the Challenge will fail and the Experiment will be a failure. Be careful because a total of 5 failures will have the skill on a cool down. This will not affect your game play on the forum. But you will not be able to challenge again until it is cleared of the red bar.
Below are all the tiers and their descriptions. Skills will have an image, information, top contributor and Challenge Information. Be warned the donations for any and all Research and Development Team are Final. You will not get a refund. Refunds can only be found in your Forum Shop.

Tier 1: Common Attacks

Wave - A concentrated wave attack. Hits anyone in it's direct line and causes a slight knock back. Tsukiyoko : - If the caster’s skill is low, then this attack will be a little hard to control but otherwise is very useful for surprising the enemy and has a low chance of confusing their opponents for one turn to go along with the knockback effect. If the caster is high in skill, then this attack becomes an excellent way to distract the enemy. It also has the chance to be confused the enemy for one turn with the additional bonus of knocking them off their feet for one turn as well. - Also has low chance of inflicting Silence on the enemy for one turn (think of it like they swallowed too much water and now their coughing it up. Ripples - A water Area of Effect Skill. Will reflect an attack back to the unit with a little less damage. Lasts for 1 turn. (Directed to hit the Unit) Tsukiyoko : - Has low chance to confuse enemy for one turn when first cast. - If the caster’s skill is low, then this is merely a good shielding spell to cast to temporarily protect them since they do not yet have the skill needed to reflect the attack back at the enemy using this spell. However, if the caster’s skill is high, then this technique gains more use as it can be used to reflect the attack back at the enemy. If the attack hits, then it has a chance to cause panic in units that are of lower level than the caster for one turn. If the unit is of the same level or higher then this merely causes confusion instead. | ----- | No Challenges have been set. | |
Submerge - Places the enemy in an underwater prison. Lasts a turn. (If high in skill this can cause drowning.) Tsukiyoko : - If the caster is low in skill, then this can cause panic in the enemy unit that lasts for two turns if that unit has a level lower than the caster. If not, then this effect only last for one. If the caster is high in skill, then this can cause a temporary drowning effect which causes panic for two turns. - If the enemy this attack is cast on has a respiratory problems (permanent or something like a cold), then this can cause Silence in that affected enemy for two turns. | ----- | No Challenges have been set. | |
Ice Rain - Icicles that fall from above. Can cause gashes, freezing and stun. (Hits the unit.) Tsukiyoko : - Has a low chance of causing the enemy to freeze when hit with this attack. One turn if the caster is low in skill but if they are high in skill then this could last for two. - If the caster is low in skill, then the cuts caused by this attack will not be serious but they will be very painful which could distract units lower in level than the caster for one turn. If the caster is high enough in skill, the cuts caused by this attack could be very severe and require hospital visits to stitch up. Only those who are Masters of Water can use this attack to severe limbs but that has a very low chance of happening. | ----- | No Challenges have been set. | |

Reflections - Ground has puddles which become ice and bounce attacks that hit it into another direction. It will last up to 3 turns. (Effects all parties in the Battle Area) Tsukiyoko : - If the caster has low skill, then this attack has just as much chance of bouncing the attack towards their own Unit as bouncing it somewhere else. If the caster has a high enough level of skill, then it will definitely bounce the attack away from your Unit.
