I want to inform you that we work closely with all departments to ensure that all aspects of safety are taken into account and are handled properly. As the current vote in for the Chief of Police is being handled, I will do what I can to handle the tougher cases and help with missing persons case. Please understand our forces are everywhere and all those who deal with illicit activities or start street fights will be stopped by the law. We do not tolerate such violence within our city limits and all crimes will be punished. If something falls outside my authority, I will hand everything over to Stand in Detective Chief Ogiyama. If there are dire cases or special cases, they will be handed over to the Hounds and the Special Forces. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please continue to be safe.
As of today Lieutenants and Sergeants have been informed of our new Chief of Police. His inauguration will be held soon and all departments will get to know him. Thank the council for being swift in such actions in order to help maintain peace."

I look over the Forensics, Special Forces, and Hounds reports and check-ins. All parts of our government I help over see with her to ensure our city continues to run smoothly. If I have to check out a scene or hunt one of you down you won't like me when I get a hold of ya. So let's make this nice and easy shall we? Cause no major trouble there won't be no trouble got it? Now if I have to send a Hound after you or the Special Forces, you will answer to their wrath before you get to me. So lets all play nice and do what we need to do and make sure things don't get out of hand. Once our Chiefs are back in office then I will step back into my original role but again if I am sent after you... Heh... Better make sure you have something to cool down my wrath before I reach ya."
