Welcome to the New Element Research and Development Team Page. Currently the team is working in the labs to develop a new element available for use to all units of this element. Some units may already have this element affiliated with their current set of skills. We will unlock the basic pros and cons of this element and giving all units a chance to determine if this new skill should be added to their list of growing skills. When the new skill is paid for and revealed you can only obtain it through the Academy class course once it has been added. Not only will you unlock the New Element but you will unlock 5 generic skills all units can use once they learn the element. (Training Course is 1 month of schooling per Character.)
No worries though we won't stop there. Just as you see on the other pages there are even more skills and tiers of skills to unlock just by your currency donations. Based on your teams affinity meter due to battles it will determine if you can unlock a certain level of skills. The stronger the bond and the more in-tuned your connection the much more powerful the skills become. If your unit specializes in an element you gain a temporary bonus in battle based on if you initiate or not. (Affinity Meter is only seen by Staff and the Unit)
Be on your toes units because Aristocrats that own territory also have access to an element affiliation. If you battle in their areas their element can help boost you, negate you, or damage you if you are weak. There is a tier just for the Aristocrats to unlock new territory affiliations but if your territory is wiped you lose your Territory Contract to the winner. If you regain a territory you will have to purchase another contract.

When the element is revealed you will be give your badges under your names and you will be displayed here based on how much you contribute. Maybe even some bonuses will be given.
