Welcome to Miracle Hospital where your health and well being are our number one priority. After you check in at the front desk and you pass the security protocols, you are allowed into the waiting areas. They vary in size on all floors and the size will change as needed. If you proceed to the elevators, there will be guards located there on every floor to ensure you reach your destination safely. Elevators are on the sides of each wing along with a flight of stairs. We ask that during an emergency you use the stair case if possible or emergency ramps for our disabled citizens. The elevators in the middle of the wings are meant to be for the ER or other Emergencies.
Once you enter, straight ahead is where the Emergency Room is located. We ask that all guests remain in the waiting areas until a Doctor calls upon you to give you the condition of the patient(s) in question. Personnel are the only ones allowed through the double doors.
In the Left Wing, you will find our Miracle Day Care Center. This is meant for our Patients and Employees with small and/or young children. They will be cared for by our staff and be provided with food as well. You must sign your child in by person, their relations to person here and age.
Further down the hall you will find our Parent Planning Offices. You can walk in or set up an appointment to meet with a Doctor or Counselor. Offices close at 7pm, so please come in ahead of time. However, you may set up an appointment at the Front Desk once the offices are closed.

You will find the Children's Doctor Offices right next to the Planned Parenting section. It wraps around to towards the back where the ER rooms stop. Please refrain from removing toys out of the waiting room areas as they are for the children.
In the Right Wing you will find our Pharmacy. There are 3 lines so please be sure to get into the correct one. The one in the center is for those without appointments and/or those not a currently housed patient here. The line on the left is for The Staff only so they can get the emergency medications that is needed for their currently housed Patients. The line on the Right is reserved for those who called and set up a pick up time before coming. Please follow the line rules and wait patiently as we ensure you get your proper medications.
Right next to the Pharmacy you will see the Cafeteria. It was designed with comfort in mind for both visitors and staff. Many people feel uncomfortable in a hospital so we try to make the environment much less stressful. They serve a variety of healthy foods and drinks. Please toss all your trash in the proper bins and no food or drink is allowed out of the area. Patients will have their meals delivered to their rooms if they can not leave them. The cafeteria closes at 11pm.
